RenewSathi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("RenewSathi Trust", "Sathi", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through this website and our app, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Your name and email; the plans, dates, notes and reminder choices you add; and basic device and log data (browser, device type, IP address) to keep the service secure.
Card numbers, UPI IDs or PINs, bank logins, SMS, contacts or email content.
To run your account, send the reminders you choose, reply to you and protect the service — based on the consent you give when you sign up. You can withdraw it whenever you like.
Only service providers who host our app or send emails and notifications for us, under contract, and authorities where the law requires. We never sell your data.
Ask to access, correct, complete or erase your data, nominate someone, or raise a grievance — email privacy@renewsathi.lat. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
While your account is open. We erase it within 30 days of deletion unless the law asks us to keep it longer. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
RenewSathi Trust is for people aged 18 and above.

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for charges by third parties or decisions made using the app.
